Good Luck Grams FAQ
What is a Good Luck Gram?
It is an 18”x 24” full-color poster on corrugated plastic sign that includes your child’s name, photo, and a personal message from their family members or friends. Grams can also be used to recognize graduating seniors, levels, or teams.
How do you order a Good Luck Gram?
We create an online form specifically for your event, and add that form to our website. Then, just send the website address or form link to your participating parents. Parents will answer the questions on the form, upload a picture of their child, and submit payment via our secure form. The whole process takes about five minutes, and can be done on a phone or laptop.
How does the fundraising work?
For each gram you sell, we charge $20 to cover design, production, and online fees. With the price range of $30 – $40/gram, you have the opportunity to raise $10-$20 per gram. The payments come to Good Luck Grams via the online form, and we subtract the $20/ gram production cost, and send you a check after the event. You can also use your funds to purchase award banners, meet signage, or photo backdrops from Better Banner Printing, the printing company that produces Good Luck Grams.
How much does a Good Luck Gram cost?
The group managing the event gets to choose the price of their grams. The typical price range is $30-$40, but you may choose what you like. You know your event best, so we let you choose the price.
How long does the sale need to be?
Sales for Good Luck Grams typically last 7 days. We find that the majority of sales come in over 3-4 days after parents receive the form link. However, sales can also last up to four weeks if time allows. We work with you to determine the time line for your sale, production and shipping. The form will be turned off at the end of the sale, and no orders will be taken after that time.
Who handles customer questions?
Good Luck Grams staff will field all questions, and handle any technical issues directly with those ordering the gram. You will not be responsible for any customer service.
Do I get to see the Good Luck Gram design before it goes on sale?
Yes, we will send you a proof design, and you can make changes until you are happy. Designs can include your logo and meet colors. We do not proof the individual grams back to each customer. If there is an error, we will reprint and ship at no charge to the customer.
How do I let everyone know about our Good Luck Grams fundraiser?
We will send you sample images and a custom digital poster with QR code to promote your sale. We will also send you customized social media images to promote your sale on Facebook and Instagram. We are also working on short-form videos to promote sales in a custom format.
When will the grams be delivered?
The grams will be shipped directly to your gym or studio via UPS Ground, and will arrive before your event. Grams are typically delivered on the Tuesday or Wednesday before your event.
How do I hang the grams?
We will include 3M Command Poster Strips with your grams (4/gram). Your volunteers can hang the grams in a few hours prior to the beginning of the event. Parents can easily remove their child’s gram when they are ready to go home. These strips will not cause any damage to your venue’s walls.
