Please fill out the form below to order your Good Luck Gram for the AEDC New Season Celebration.  Each gram is $30.00, and includes your dancer’s picture, name, dance level, and an inspirational message. 

The image above is an example of what your dancer’s gram will look like. Once we have your order, we will input your dancer’s information and photo into this template. Then it will be printed, shipped to the studio, and placed in a gallery of positive encouragement for everyone to see.

 – If any information is missing, or there is a problem with the photo, we will reach out to you.
– If you need to order more than one gram, please use a separate form for each gram order.
 – You can pay for your gram securely at the bottom of this form.
