Please fill out the form below to order your Good Luck Gram for the Diamond Performance Academy performance of The Nutcracker or the Diamond Dance Academy performance of Holiday Hearts  Each gram is $40.

There is a different design for each show. Please read the question descriptions to know which questions you need to answer. Refer to the images above for examples of grams for each performance. 

• Please doublecheck your form to make sure your name is not listed in the ‘Dancer’s Name’ field. Sometimes the autofill feature can place your name in the field for your dancer’s name. 
• Our designers will crop the photos to fit the gram’s frame. Please do not crop out the background. 

Orders will close on Monday, November 20, 2023 at 9 am. 

Your Good Luck Gram will be on display at this year’s performances. Studio staff will remove the grams after the showcase, and they will be available for pick-up at the studio the following week.
