Please fill out the form below to order your Good Luck Gram for the Lisa’s School of Dance 2023 Spring Recital. Each gram is $30, and includes your gymnast’s picture, name and a personal message from you.

• Please doublecheck your form to make sure your name is not listed in the ‘Dancer’s Name’ field. Sometimes the autofill feature can place your name in the field for your dancer’s name. 
• Our designers will crop the photos to fit the gram’s frame. Please do not crop out the background. 

Your Good Luck Gram will be on display at this year’s recital. Studio staff will remove the grams after the recital, and they will be available for pick-up at the studio in the week following the recital.
